Payment via Wire Transfer/EFT
The wire transfer/EFT payment option is not available.

At bigghome.com.tr, the security of credit cardholders who shop on the site is a top priority. As credit card information cannot be viewed or stored by the website, third parties cannot access this data under any circumstances. Payment Charged but Order Not Created
If the payment has been processed but your order has not been created, you can check the status on the "My Orders" page within 15 minutes after the payment. If your order is still not visible after this time, please contact us with the transaction time and bank details.
Duplicate Payment Charged to My Credit Card
For duplicate charges made to your card, please provide us with details such as the transaction time, bank information, and transaction amount. We will conduct the necessary investigation and inform you accordingly.
Cash on Delivery
The cash-on-delivery option is not available.
Digital Gift Voucher Usage
To use a digital gift voucher purchased from various platforms, enter the code in the "Enter Gift Voucher Code" section in your cart.
Discount Code Usage
To use a discount code from various sources, enter the code in the "Enter Discount Code" section.
Note: Digital gift vouchers and discount codes cannot be used simultaneously.
Gift Wrapping
You can have your order wrapped as a gift and include a gift note. After adding items to your cart, select the "Gift Wrap" option and enter the note you wish to include with the gift.
Order Tracking
Once you complete your order, you can track it through your account using the order number. Additionally, Aras Kargo will send you an SMS with a tracking number for your shipment.
Order Cancellation
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery and initiate the return process.
