Is it necessary to register on bigghome.com.tr? What are the advantages of being a member?

It is not necessary to register to shop on bigghome.com.tr. You can complete your order as a guest.

Will I be able to see my orders placed as a guest after I register?

No, orders completed as a guest cannot be viewed after registering. Once you register, you can view all your orders under the "My Previous Orders" section.

 

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot My Password" link on the "Membership Login" page. Your password will be sent to your email address.

 

How can I change my password?

After logging in with your membership details, go to the "Change Password" section under the "My Account" page to update your password.

 

Can I track my orders through the system?

If you are a member of bigghome.com.tr, you can view all your previous orders under the "My Previous Orders" section.

 

What should I do if my order is delayed?

In case of a delay, you can:

Why is my T.C. ID Number required during the ordering process?

As per the notification in the Official Gazette dated August 29, 2006 (No. 26274), it is mandatory to include the T.C. ID Number on invoices issued to individuals starting from January 1, 2007. Your membership information, including your T.C. ID Number, is not shared with third parties or institutions, as guaranteed in our Privacy Policy.

 

Which courier will deliver my order?

Your orders will be shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

Will I frequently receive emails if I become a member? How can I unsubscribe?

If you check the "I want to receive emails" box while filling out the membership form, you will receive updates on products and campaigns.
To unsubscribe from the weekly mailing list, click the "I do not want to receive emails" link in the email, which will direct you to the member login page where you can opt out.

 

How can I change my membership details?

After logging into the system, click on the membership details section in the side menu to update your registered information. You can also click the "Change User Information" section to make all necessary updates.

 

If I cancel an order that benefited from a campaign, will the campaign also be canceled?

If the campaign conditions are still met despite the cancellation, the campaign will not be canceled.
If you used a discount code for the canceled order, a new discount code will be provided to you.
